We want you and your little ones to love your purchase! If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Clearance or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Refund Options
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be transferred directly to your Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
Online Payments: Refund will be reversed to your original payment card (takes 5–7 working days).
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will replace it or provide a full refund at zero extra cost to you.
4. How to Start a Return
Message us on WhatsApp at [Your Number] or email us at [Your Email] with your Order ID and a picture of the item.
Once approved, ship the item back to our warehouse. (Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was damaged).
